By  |  0 Comments

Discover a contemporary afternoon tea pairing of Blood Orange and Duck at Axis Bar and Lounge this March amidst unparalleled views of the Marina Bay. The gastronomic journey begins with a blood orange cured prawn topped with aromatic pink peppercorn; and crisp goat cheese crostini on a bed of crimson marmalade made from the exotic citrus fruit. Complementing the flavour are bite-sized rolls of savoury roasted duck crepes with cucumber and spring onion. Do not miss the duck tea soba topped with granite made from hours of simmering duck stock and chinese herbs over slow fire and topped with wolfberry and coriander cress. Refreshing sweets gracing the three-tiered stand of desserts includes the mandarin orange ganacheapple dill sable breton and more accompanied with a pot of coffee or TWG tea.
