From 9 May to 9 June, Executive Chef Lai Tong Ping of Hai Tien Lo will prepare your classic favourite rice dumplings with a contemporary twist.
Savour exquisite bundles of joy such as the Traditional Cantonese Jumbo Rice Dumpling (SGD 29.90), a perennial favourite that will please even the most discerning of palates. This upsized savoury dumpling blends the flavours and textures of premium ingredients such as Dried Oysters, Dried Scallops, Japanese Mushroom, succulent Pork Belly and Salted Egg Yolk, all enveloped in Premium Glutinous Rice.
Alternatively, you can try out Hai Tien Lo’s new Classic Five-Spice Rice Dumpling with Pork Belly and Yam (SGD 19.90), which seamlessly marries the sweet and savoury flavours of the ingredients.
For the health-conscious, the Fragrant Red Bean Dumpling with Multi Grain Rice (SGD 9.90) would make a suitable indulgence with its smooth red bean paste encased in multi-grain rice and corn.
