Join Grand Mercure Singapore Roxy as it hosts its annual Peranakan Food Festival this 29 April to 31 May at Feast@East Buffet Restaurant.

What better way to tuck into savoury Peranakan cuisine than at a Peranakan Food Festival? Grand Mercure Singapore Roxy invites all to indulge in a delightful cultural experience at their signature food festival starting this Friday, 29 April.

Expect to savour new dishes such as the Ayam Masak Rebung Lemak (Chicken with bamboo shoots in Spicy Gravy), Bakwan Kepiting (Crab Meatballs), as well as popular classics including the Babi Buah Keluak (pork with Buah Keluak), Ngoh Hiang (Five Spice Meat Roll), Bubur Cha Cha (Tapioca in coconut milk) and more.

Diners may further immerse themselves in the culture with a Peranakan performance by the Gunong Sayang Association on 7 May, 6pm to 10pm. Booths will also be set up at the restaurant to display various heritage items ranging from clothes to food.
