Yogafest W.E. 2022 returns with first mass in-person Singapore festival

Yogafest W.E. 2022 is the first mass in-person yoga event since the pandemic will reconnect and reunite yogis physically again with activities ranging from mass yoga sessions at the Flow Stage to specialised classes at the Explore Stage led by iconic yoga teachers, an AcroYoga Village for partner movement and play, and a curated selection of healthy bites to refuel.

Yogafest World Edition (W.E.) takes place from 25 – 26 June at Sentosa, Palawan Green. Supported by Sport Singapore as part of its initiative to bring sports back after the pandemic, this weekend festival, last held virtually in 2020, comes back with an array of classes to suit all levels of yogis.

It will be a fantastic weekend to open practice together and mingle with one another again. Now is the time to rediscover and re-explore beyond boundaries and routines of our yoga practice. The Acro-Village which was meant to be the showcase in 2020 will engage yogis on another level to experience trust and connection out of their comfort zones. There will also be a conscious food market with specially selected vendors serving acai bowls to vegan burgers. Yogafest W.E. caters to all levels, giving participants the chance to choose and create their day as they like, reuniting with their like-minded community. Yoga is meant for every body every day and I am truly delighted to present Yogafest W.E. again for people to take part in and enjoy the holistic benefits of yoga.

Tricia Fok, Organiser & Founder, Yogafest W.E.

A highlight of the Yogafest W.E. 2022 is the Acro-Village.

As a rising trend in Asia and with a growing community in Singapore, fans of AcroYoga will be delighted to experience a combination of acrobatics, yoga and healing arts with renowned teachers. The Acro-Village offers an exclusive space and programme for AcroYogis to move, play and connect.

Jiamin, founder of Jyan Yoga Studio and Singapore’s first AcroVinyasa certified instructor will lead a 60-mins AcroYoga 101 on Day 1 that is suitable for complete beginners and a 90-mins Washing Machine: 4- Step and Variations designed for progressive learning for all levels on Day 2 at the Acro-Village.
