Zap Delivery looks to change – or should we say, improve – how deliveries are done.
The New Zap Delivery mobile app features advanced authentication technology such as One-Time Password (OTP) and real-time tracking to guarantee speedy, secure and reliable deliveries of documents and parcels locally in under two hours, and ensures that your item reaches the rightful recipient.
The pricing structure is transparent and starts from as low as S$5, and uses a cashless system to ensure fair charges. It’s all done within the app, which also matches the nearest courier partners to you, and the cost is calculated before you confirm the transaction and make payment.
Unlike traditional courier services in which there is a typically a system in place, Zap Delivery’s courier partners can take up delivery requests immediately upon confirmation of request and if they are available. Zap Delivery currently has a network of more than 500 certified courier partners, all of whom have passed stringent qualification and background checks.
The app is currently available on iOS and Android, and will soon be available for web browsers.
