Sing Jazz 2016 Early Bird Tickets Out Now
Returning for its third successive year, the Singapore International Jazz Festival (Sing Jazz) 2016 will take place at Marina Bay Sands from 4 – 6 March for three nights of music for all.
Set against a stunning backdrop at Marina Bay Sands Event Plaza, jazz lovers will be thrilled to get their hands on the Sing Jazz 2016 early-bird tickets that will launch today. At just SGD 65 for a single night pass, music-lovers of all ages can look forward to four sensational acts per evening.
Early-bird rates will be available for just two weeks (from 26 November, 10am till 13 December), so be sure to get them fast! Fans can also look forward to two-day or three-day passes which will be available after the early-bird period (from 14 December).
Sing Jazz 2016 will kick off with music from neo-soul band, Hiatus Kaiyote while dazzling Grammy Award winner Joss Stone will take the stage on the second night. Guests can also complement their audio-visual treat with a selection of food and drinks available.

Friday, 4 March
Sing Jazz 2016 will see organisers collaborating with Singapore-based music collective Darker Than Wax, to curate a genre-defying line-up for the first evening. Look out for BADBADNOTGOOD, Taylor McFerrin, and Hiatus Kaiyote, and be sure to catch Darker Than Wax Sound System in between sets.
Saturday, 5 March
The second evening will see Singapore singer-songwriter Charlie Lim making his return to the Sing Jazz stage. Acid-jazz crowd favourite, Incognito will also hit the stage with electrifying performances. Known for her Grammy-nominated debut album Saxuality, Dutch saxophonist Candy Dulfer will also heat things up at Sing Jazz with her appearance.
The night will end with a bang with Joss Stone, who has enchanted the world with her sultry voice and won a Grammy Award and two Brit Awards this year.
Sunday, 6 March
Bringing Sing Jazz to a close on Sunday is Singaporean jazz-pioneer Jeremy Monteiro in The Monteiro-Barnes Project, followed by one of Italy’s most renowned jazz soloist Enrico Rava. Dance along to the legendary Buena Vista Social Club on their last ever tour, featuring members Omara Portuondo, Guajiro Mirabal, Barbarito Torres and Jesus ‘Aguaje’ Ramos.
The music festival will conclude with Seun Kuti & Egypt 80, famed for incorporating contemporary influences into the traditional Afrobeat approach.

In addition to international acts, fans can also catch local artists at a second stage right next to the main stage from March 5 to 6.
