Toast The Macallan will return for the second year with intimate sessions aplenty for whisky enthusiasts and fans of The Macallan.

From 31 March till 3 April, The Black Swan will be transformed into The Macallan Restaurant and Bar.

Designed specifically for a unique experience, a series of ticketed events will be available for guests to partake as they enter the multi-sensory world of The Macallan which includes a specially created decompression room set in a forest environment in The Powder room that neutralises the senses as it prepares guests for the whisky tasting.

Meticulously put together by The Black Swan, whisky lovers who are partial to gastronomical pursuits will have the opportunity to savour a lunch and dinner whisky pairing menu. Within its decadent walls, be delighted by equally decadent courses like Wagyu Ribeye served with Macallan infused jus, Barramundi with Curry Vinaigrette and Home-Smoked King Salmon.

Several specially concocted cocktails have been exclusively crafted for the event. A Black Swan house specialty, the BB King, meets the Macallan to create The Macallan BB King – The Macallan Sherry Oak 12 Years Old infused with Banana smoked with maple syrup, which is delicately finished with barbeque bitters. Fine Oak Julep served with The Macallan Fine Oak serves as a refreshing option with light citrus and fresh mint.

Most importantly, Toast the Macallan marks the official unveiling of the latest expression for the first time in Singapore – The Macallan Edition No. 1.

Standard Whisky Tasting Session at S$30 per person
A whisky flight with The Macallan’s signature single malts, perfect for those who would like to learn more about The Macallan.

Collectors’ Privilege Tasting at S$220 per person
For the matured whisky drinkers and serious enthusiasts, this whisky flight offers a tasting of The Macallan’s premium whiskies with a gift of The Macallan Edition No. 1.

Toast the Macallan Whisky Pairing Dinner at S$120 per person
Curated by The Black Swan, this is a delectable 4-course whisky pairing dinner with The Macallan Signature Single Malts.

Toast the Macallan Lunch at S$55 per person
An appetizing 3-course lunch set with a welcome drink of The Macallan Sherry Oak 12 Years Old served neat, on the rocks or cocktail style.
