‘Cinderella, A Fairly True Story’ Tickets On Sale

From the internationally acclaimed creators of Peter Pan, The Never Ending Story (彼得潘, 永恒的传奇), comes the Asian premiere of Cinderella, A Fairly True Story (灰姑娘外) on 10 December 2015, Thursday, at Resorts World Sentosa (RWS) in Singapore.
Both Music Hall from Belgium and RWS have once again collaborated to stage Cinderella, A Fairly True Story at the Resorts World Theatre. The mix of original uplifting music and popular hits, dynamic dance choreography and dazzling magic will captivate the entire family this year-end festive season.
Adapted from a previous version staged in Europe in 2013 – Assepoester, Het Tamelijk Ware Verhaal, this lighthearted fairytale-themed story comes with a contemporary twist. Performed by an international cast, this brand new English version follows the tale of Cinderella as we know it, through the eyes of an inquisitive reporter. Retaining classic elements such as the ball, the pumpkin transformation and iconic glass slippers, the audience will follow this re-imagined fable of Cinderella meeting her prince through a missing glass slipper. The audience will be brought through an enchanting journey with high-tech scene projections and spectacular visual effects.
Grammy-winning composer and musical director, Mr Matt Dunkley, who previously worked on Peter Pan, The Never Ending Story staged at RWS last year, will once again be the Musical Director and oversee the orchestration for Cinderella, A Fairly True Story. Directing and scripting the production is the award-winning Mr Stany Crets, who was also the creater of the original idea behind Cinderella, A Fairly True Story. Leading the show’s choreography is the brilliant and classically-trained ex-ballet dancer Mr Martino Muller from Switzerland, who also choreographed Peter Pan, The Never Ending Story.
Cinderella, A Fairly True Story premieres from 10 December 2015 to 4 January 2016; 7pm on Thursdays and 2pm from Fridays through Mondays at Resorts World Theatre, Resorts World Sentosa.
Tickets are priced at SGD 78, SGD 108, SGD 138 and SGD 168 (premium) and can be purchased from sistic or at the Resorts World Theatre Box Office.
