To celebrate its new and refreshed look, FIJI Water presents ‘Cooking With Gourmet Greens’, a culinary workshop hosted by Chef Jo Ann Ng from Vanilla Bar & Café.

A first in 10 years, premium water brand, FIJI Water has recently unveiled a fresh new look. The newly packaged bottles are currently available in all leading retail and convenience stores.

To celebrate its new look, FIJI Water presents ‘Cooking with Gourmet Greens’ on 1 October 2016, a culinary workshop hosted by Vanilla Bar & Café’s Chef Jo Ann who is known for her contemporary Japanese creations.

The event is organised in conjunction with Tools of the Trade (ToTT), and will feature a hands-on culinary class featuring two vegetable-centric dishes such as the Sautéed Miso Pasta with Brussel Sprouts and Zucchini Ribbons, as well as the Sambal Tofu, Portobello Mushroom and Aubergine Lasagna. What’s interesting is that FIJI Water will also be incorporated as an ingredient in one of the dishes to flaunt the brand’s pure and pristine taste.

‘Cooking with Gourmet Greens’ will be held on Saturday, 1 October 2016 from 3pm to 6pm at Tools of the Trade (ToTT). Registration is going at SGD 58 per person, can be made online here.
