This August, Blackmores and GuavaPass team up to offer complimentary Strala Yoga classes for those aged 50 and above.

Free yoga classes catered just for the 50-year-olds? If this sounds enticing to you, mark your calendars this 20 August as natural health Australian brand, Blackmores and fitness community, GuavaPass team up to offer complimentary Strala Yoga classes just for seniors!

Specially designed to encourage older adults to stay active, the classes will be held at the newly launched hybrid fitness studio – GuavaLabs, located in Mandarin Gallery.

Strala Yoga focuses on slow, calm and flowing motions that helps participants move with ease, strengthen their bodies, and soothe their minds. These easy-to-master techniques are perfect for the older adults who want to achieve a good balance between flexibility, stability and mobility.

In addition, Blackmores health experts will also be present at the classes to provide participants with nutritional advice on active ageing.

There will be a total of four sessions – 20 and 21 August, and 27 and 28 August 2016. The classes are open to all residents aged 50 and above, who are welcome to bring friends and family members along to join in the fun.

Places are limited and available on a first-come-first-served basis. Registrations should consist of at least one senior aged 50 and above. All participants will also be entitled to a free goodie bag worth SGD 138.
