Halia at Botanic Gardens invites couples to celebrate their years of marriage with an array of dinner selections this Valentine’s Day.
Halia at Botanic Gardens joins in the Valentine’s Day celebrations by flaunting their various Valentine’s Day offerings this 14 February 2016. Celebrate the milestones in your years of marriage with either an eight-dish Valentine’s Day dinner sharing menu or a buffet-style dinner.
Halia at Singapore Botanic Gardens – Valentine’s Day Dinner Sharing Menu
Head Chef Ciaran Armstrong showcases a carefully curated eight-dish dinner menu featuring premium dishes including Freshly Shucked Oysters adorned with ginger flower sambal, pickled cucumber & coriander shoots and Grass, Grain and Wagyu Beef (Irish grass fed – 21 day dry aged; 200 day grain fed & 9+ MBS Mayura Station 500-day grain fed). The dinner concludes with a sharing dessert of Chocolate & Flowers, featuring Valrhona chocolate, pollen and violet.
At SGD 300 nett per couple, the eight-dish sharing dinner will include a single rose to gift to your life partner, adding a romantic spark to your marriage. To make the night an even more memorable one, the dinner will also include a Halia gift and picture souvenir. Should you choose to treat your palate to a complete experience with Halia’s choice of wine pairings, they are available at an additional SGD 80 nett per person and SGD 140 nett for two. Two seatings will be available from 5.30pm to 7.30pm, and 8.30pm to 10.30pm respectively.
Villa Halia – Valentine’s Day Buffet Menu
If you prefer eating to your heart’s content with a larger selection of food on this special occasion, Villa Halia is the place for you. Their Valentine’s Day Buffet Menu offers an international selection including Halia’s Signature Singapore-style Chilli Crab Spaghettini, Poached Halibut Fillet, and the ever-favourite Salmon Sashimi. Sweeten up your evening with Villa Halia’s extensive dessert selection, featuring enticing treats such as the Salted Caramel & Chocolate Tartlet and Raspberry Panna Cotta.
The buffet is priced at SGD 220 per couple for the regular option of non-alcoholic beverages, and SGD 250 for those who choose to pair their meal with free-flow red and white wine instead. The buffet spread will be available from 6.30pm to 10.00 pm.
