Unwind with family and friends as a pianist serenades with live music amidst panoramic views of the Marina Bay.  The epicurean journey begins with a delicious Pear jelly with white wine foam presented in a shooter glassIndulge in sumptuous savouries such as the bite-sized tartlet filled with Moscato poached pear that has been cured in white wine and served atop a bed of smooth Stilton bleu cheese or the William pear port wine bruschetta. Homemade jams and fresh clotted cream are next served with pear scones and pastries. An extravagant three-tiered stand of gourmet desserts makes for the perfect ending.
