Embark on a culinary journey this Father’s Day as Refinery Concepts offers a variety of special menus and dining deals to make this special day even more memorable.
Bedrock Bar and Grill
Bedrock Bar and Grill has carefully curated an indulgent three-course set lunch this Father’s Day priced at SGD 69++. Kicking off the lunch with a decadent appetiser of Heirloom Tomato Carpaccio served with jamon, cheese, mushrooms and basil pesto, it is the perfect start to an indulgent treat specially for Dad. For mains, a Grilled Wagyu Striploin cooked to perfection and served with asparagus, confit tomato, celery root puree and foie gras butter will be served, allowing all fathers to sink their teeth into a good and juicy steak. To finish off the treat on a sweet note, a delicate Poached Pear Tart will be served as well as a complimentary glass of Terrazas Altos Del Plata Malbec to accompany this savoury and memorable meal.
The three-course set meal is available from 13 to 19 June, 12pm to 3pm, at Bedrock Bar and Grill.
Fat Cow
Pamper dad with a lavish five-course set meal at Fat Cow. The gastronomic journey begins with a decadent starter Wagyu Somen, featuring thinly sliced wagyu noodles topped with mentsuyu, yuzu and kizaminori; followed by Sashimi Moriawase of hiramasa, kajiki maguro, hotate and amaebi as well as the Makogarei No Karaage, a deep fried whole flounder.
Taking centre-stage is the tender True Kobe Wagyu A4 Sirloin Sumibiyaki served with flavoured smoked salt, kabosu lime and yukari gohan. To seal off the wonderful culinary experience, a Housemade Nikka Whisky Ice Cream will ensure a perfect end to the lavish meal.
Available from 13 to 19 June, the five-course set meal is priced at SGD 188++ complete with a complimentary glass of Nomitarite Aji Wo Shiru, Junmai Sake.
The Pelican
Offering hearty East Coast American breakfast favourites, The Pelican Seafood Bar and Grill will be serving up a complimentary Pelican Seafood Platter when you dine with your parents in a group of four persons, with minimum spending of SGD 120. Offering raw oysters and clams, steamed whole lobster, crab, prawns, and mussels; this platter is to die for.
Dean & DeLuca
Bring dad over to Dean & DeLuca for their Cosy Brunch, where fathers can tuck into a comforting breakfast meal of Home Cured Corned Beef Hash and Egg Bake, and Waffles and Fried Chicken served with chipotle cheese sauce.
