The Club Reopens Its Doors

Following its recent opening, The Club has finally opened its doors to public, with 20 rooms and five food and beverage venues.

As a brand new hospitality concept housed in a 19th century colonial house located along the historic Ann Siang Road, the newly refurbished The Club houses 20 well-appointed rooms and five F&B venues – Tiger’s Milk, Mr & Mrs Maxwell’s, The Champagne Yard, B28 and The Disgruntled Chef.

With accommodation, dining and entertainment all under one roof, the F&B-led destination offers guests a great start to the day, a meeting point for lunch, a place for dinner and drinks in the evening, and rooms to stay in for the night.

The 28-sqm Club Rooms feature eclectic textures, fabrics, and furniture choices, and comes with a living area, relaxation area and a mini bar.

The luxurious 41-sqm Club Suites each come equipped with a living room, spacious bathroom area with bathtub, and a balcony overlooking Ann Siang Hill.

All rooms come with luxurious amenities including organic essential oils from Bamford Body Collection, award-winning beds from Hypnos Beds and premium down pillows, duvets and featherbeds from Ploh Bedding.

Rates are inclusive of breakfasts for two, one welcome drink (mocktail), unlimited WiFi access, and 20 percent off all F&B outlets.

The Club

Mr & Mrs Maxwell’s is the living room of The Club, where day-to-night activities centre around its food offerings. The lounge café & bar is open all day from 7am to 2:30am where visitors can enjoy great coffee and brunch to start their mornings, a variety of food items including their take on local bites at noon, and an extensive selection of drinks and cocktails come evening.

Mr & Mrs Maxwell’s opens daily from 7am to 12am.

The Club

Located exclusively at the basement of The Club, B28 offers an extensive list of over 200 Scottish single malts – with a notable selection of cask strength bottling exclusive to B28. The luxe bar completes the experience for discerning members and travellers with its live weekly jazz performances.

B28 opens from Mondays to Wednesdays, 5pm to 1am; and from Thursdays to Fridays, 5pm to 2am.

Tiger’s Milk – Pisco Ceviche Bar

Overlooking a spectacular rooftop view of the Ann Siang Hill district is Tiger’s Milk – Singapore’s first Peruvian-inspired rooftop bar and grill.  Serving up food items such as Para Picars, Ceviches and Anticuchos, guests can enjoy the vibrant flavours of Peru with the restaurant’s grazing dining concept designed to encourage a familial style of dining. At the rooftop terrace, guests can also catch the chefs in action at the parilla grill as they skilfully execute the delectable treats.

Drawing inspirations from some of the oldest pisco bars in Lima, Tiger’s Milk also features a library of piscos for guests to choose from. Pick from an extensive list of pisco-infused concoctions developed exclusively by its team of bartenders, and groove to the range of South American tunes in the background.

Tiger’s Milk’s Rooftop Bar & Grill opens from Mondays to Thursdays, 5pm to 1am; and from Fridays to Saturdays, 5pm to 2am.

The Disgruntled Chef – Private Dining Room

As one of the pioneers in developing the small plate-big plate sharing menu, The Disgruntled Chef introduces a new modern European luxe menu in a private dining room tucked away in the basement of The Club. Award-winning celebrity chef Daniel Sia founded the highly-acclaimed restaurant in 2010 at Dempsey Hill before peaking on Ann Siang hill this year.

The Disgruntled Chef opens from Mondays to Saturdays. Lunch starts from 12pm to 2.30pm while Dinner starts from 6pm to 10.30pm.
