The upgraded Bosch MaxxiMUM Kitchen Machine is now available at retail
The upgrades to the kitchen machine include a new 1600KW motor, Sensor Control function, smart dough sensor as well as a 3-D PlanetaryMixing accessory. Coupled with a high-quality, full-metal housing, classy chrome applications and brushed stainless steel, the new Bosch MaxxiMUM Kitchen Machine looks to offer durability, power and effective help in the kitchen.
For baking fans, the Sensor Control function helps recognise when the optimum stiffness of cream and whipped egg whites has been reached, and stops beating as soon as the desired result is achieved. This prevents stiff cream from turning into butter.
The smart dough sensor ensures constant mixing speeds even with heavy dough or large quantities.
The 3-D PlanetaryMixing accessory moves across three directions simultaneously for quick and even mixing of ingredients.
The Bosch MaxxiMUM Kitchen Machine continues to improve on the preparation process by having ‘easy fill’ features where the mixer stops at the back of the bowl when filling; this ensures that ingredients enter the bowl and not fall on the mixing tool. The ‘easy pour’ feature includes a convenient spout designed into the bowl shape as well as handles to provide simple pouring of creams and easy removal of doughs. The bowl comes in extra-large size (5.4l) as well.
The new MaxxiMUM Sensor Control Kitchen Machine retails at SGD 1,699 and available at leading departmental stores.
