The Pelican Launches The Ultimate Weekender Brunch

The Pelican Seafood Bar & Grill has launched an all-new gourmet seafood brunch a la carte menu focusing on classic East Coast American breakfast favourites.

Brunch lovers can now look forward to an indulgent East Coast American brunch at The Pelican Seafood Bar & Grill paired with a free flow Prosecco option at an additional SGD 35++. Enjoy the Pelican’s signature seafood mix brunch from 11am to 3pm alongside the scenic view of the Marina Bay Waterfront.

The brunch boasts a selection of robust and hearty brunch staples grounded in the restaurant’s selection of unique and fresh seafood catches. With all-time favourites such as bagels, oyster platters and frittatas, along with the 21 other items in their extensive menu, the weekend indulgence is going at a more affordable price point.

 

With classic brunch dishes from the menu’s Breakfast of Champs section, expect find dishes such as the Pelican’s Croque Creation (SGD 24) – featuring USA Kurobuta pork ham, Swiss Gruyere cheese, grain mustard butter, atop a sinful brioche bun served with fried egg and grilled cherry tomatoes. Alternatively, opt for the Smoked Haddock and Corn Fritters (SGD 22), for a classic twist on pan-fried pancake of polenta sweet corn kernels, and smoked haddock. The crowd-favourite City’s Bagels & Eggs (SGD 28) is also available with an innovative spread of mentaiko cream cheese, sauteed spinach, and house smoked salmon topped with a poached egg.

For the seafood enthusiasts, the Oyster Platter (SGD 30 for half dozen/SGD 60 for a dozen) featuring large resident Taylor USA oysters of cucumbery flavour with light brine will also be available. The Seafood Bouillabaisse (SGD 68) offers a wide spread of tiger prawns, green mussels, flower clams and barramundi fillets cooked in a rich lobster broth made in house.

 

Those with a sweet tooth can choose to wrap up their meal on a sweet note with their Sweet Endings offerings including the Berry & Creme French Toast or the Banana Bread (both at SGD 14).
