The 50plus EXPO 2015 saw an impressive turnout of active agers as they gathered to learn how to better embrace active ageing.

Held from 15 to 17 May 2015 at halls 404 to 406 of Suntec City, the annual 50plus EXPO event hosted by the Council for Third Age (C3A) drew in a huge number of visitors that were attracted by the various workshops, programmes, and activities that ranged from high-energy dance fitness performances to forum talks. Visitors were also given the opportunity to get up close and personal with well-known celebrities like veteran actress Koh Chieng Mun who shared her experiences on embracing active ageing.

The EXPO on a whole, was definitely a meaningful experience for active agers who could finally gather together at an event and be encouraged to lead an active and fulfilled life. As a publication promoting active ageing, we hope to see an even larger turnout next year, with more products and services offered by participating exhibitors.
