A National Day Weekend Feast At Sofitel Singapore Sentosa
Sofitel Singapore Sentosa Resort & Spa invites guests and diners to spend their National Day long weekend luxuriating in colonial interiors reminiscent of olden Singapore.
Instead of rushing to book flight tickets for the National Day long weekend, a good alternative to consider would be a staycation and of course, tons of feasting. Perched atop a cliff on Sentosa island, Sofitel Singapore Sentosa Resort & Spa boasts panoramic views of the South China Sea and is surrounded by lush tropical rainforests. Kwee Zeen
To commemorate National Day, Kwee Zeen will add local spin to its hearty spread of starters, side selections, rotisserie-grilled gourmet meats and seafood. Highlights include Achar Salad, Rojak Salad, Fragrant Chicken Rice Pilaf, Roti Prata and Laksa live station; while the rotisserie will feature creations such as Char Siew Pork Ribs, Roast Duck and Sambal Stingray. Conclude the celebration on a sweet note with Soya Panna Cotta, Choux Puff Durian, Gula Melaka Kaya Cake and Bandung Chiffon Cake.
The Singapore Flavours Rotisserie Buffet Night will be available from 5 to 9 August, Friday to Tuesday, 6.30pm to 9.30pm, at SGD 68++ per person.
On top of that, Kwee Zeen’s popular weekly Magnifique Sunday Champagne Brunch will also see the addition of popular local delicacies as part of their National Day special. Relish in local favourites such as Nonya Chicken Curry. Singapore Chilli Crab, Kueh Pie Tee, Roast Duck and Pork with Hoisin Sauce, Plum Sauce, Light Soya and Kecap Manis (marinated mixed vegetables). Special National Day dessert creations will also be offered including Gula Melaka Coconut and Sago Verrine, Lychee Tiramisu and Pineapple Crumble.
The National Day Magnifique Sunday Champagne Brunch will be available on 7 August, Sunday, and is going at SGD 168++ per adult with free flow Taittinger Champagne, wines, soft drinks and juices; and SGD138++ per adult with free flow soft drinks and juices. For children, the brunch is priced at SGD 58++ with free flow soft drinks and juices.
ilLido at the Cliff
Available exclusively on National Day, 9 August, fine dining Italian restaurant, ilLido at the Cliff will present a curated four-course menu to commemorate the occasion. Diners will get to indulge in a one-day-only menu featuring Homemade Tagliolini Pasta with Hokkaido Scallops and Sea Urchin Sauce, Beef Tenderloin with Bone Marrow Crust and Carrot Cream andWhite Chocolate Sbrisolona with Raspberry Sorbet and Green Tea Cream.
The exclusive menu is available at SGD 68++ for lunch (12pm to 2.30pm) and SGD 88++ for dinner (6pm to 9.30pm).
