Celebrates Mother’s Day At Pan Pacific

Honour the most important woman of your life with gastronomic pleasures at Pan Pacific Singapore this May.

This Mother’s Day, Pan Pacific Singapore presents all mothers a royal tribute at their award-winning restaurants. From 7 to 8 May, Edge will flaunt a lavish buffet spread and Sunday Brunch while Hai Tien Lo will play host with its heartwarming oriental delicacies from 2 to 8 May.

A vibrant dining experience awaits all mothers on 7 and 8 May as Chef de Cuisine Ken Zheng impresses with his carefully curated selection during dinner and Sunday Brunch. Some Chef Specialties to look out for include the Plum Somen Shooters, Salmon Oyako Chirashi Sushi, Bijin Oden and Salt Crusted Whole Seabass with Champagne Caviar Sauce.

A beautiful array of desserts will also be available to wrap up the evening on a sweet note. The dessert selection will include the well-loved Raspberry Meringue Tartlet, Lychee Rose Macaroons, creamy Matcha Panna Cotta with White Peach Jello, Orange Blossom Tropezinee and Strawberry Layer Red Velvet Cake. The younger ones will love the fun Cotton Candy live station, which will certainly satisfy their sweet tooth.

To top the experience off, all mothers will receive a stalk of carnation as well as a complimentary glass of Laurent Perrier Champagne to accompany their meal.

The Mother’s Day Dinner Buffet is going at SGD 98 per adult (includes local beverages, coffee and tea) and SGD 49 for children (age six to 12 years old). The dinner will take place on 7 and 8 May 2016, from 6:30pm to 10:30pm.

The Mother’s Day Sunday Champagne Brunch is going at SGD 198 per adult with unlimited Veuve Clicquot Brut Yellow Label, selected red and white wines, as well as selected cocktails and beers; or SGD 138 for unlimited fresh juices, soft drinks, coffee and tea. The brunch is going at SGD 69 for children aged six to 11 years old.  The brunch will take place on 8 May 2016 from 12:00pm to 4:00pm.

Mother's Day Set Menu at Hai Tien Lo

For mothers with a more oriental palate, be sure to commemorate the special occasion at Hai Tien Lo with Chef Lai Tong Ping and his two thoughtfully crafted set menus.

From 2 to 8 May, the exquisite seven-course menus will feature traditional and contemporary Cantonese delights that will satisfy every craving. Heartwarming delicacies include the nourishing Double-boiled Abalone and Bamboo Pith Soup with Chinese Cabbage, the buttery smooth Baked Sea Perch Fillet with French Beans in Miso Broth, and the Stewed Fish Udon with Sea Cucumber and Scallops simmered to perfection in a rich broth.

Diners may also choose to indulge in the popular Weekend Dim Sum Brunch, featuring signature dishes and delicate handcrafted Dim Sum items. The a la carte buffet includes Chef’s specialties such as Cantonese Sliced Barbecued Honey-glazed Pork, Deep-fried Prawns tossed in Wasabi Mayonnaise, Pan-fried Diced Beef with Black Pepper Sauce; and dim sum highlights such as Steamed Barbecued Pork Buns, Stir-fried Carrot Cake with Chef’s Signature Homemade XO Chilli Sauce, and Steamed Pork and Prawn Dumplings with Fish Roe.

To round off the experience, Hai Tien Lo will offer all mothers a complimentary serving of Double-boiled Imperial’s Swiftlet’s Nest.

The Mother’s Day Set Menus are priced at SGD 128 per diner for the Deluxe Set and SGD 188 per diner for the Premium Set (minimum of two diners for both). Both set menus will be available from 2 to 8 May 2016, 11:30am to 2:30pm and 6:30pm to 10:30pm.

The Mother’s Day Weekend Dim Sum Brunch is priced at SGD 98 per adult and SGD 49 per child (aged five to 11 years old). The brunch will be available on 7 and 8 May 2016 from 11:30am to 2:30pm.
