Beerfest Asia 2016 Returns This June

The eight edition of Asia’s largest beer festival is back this year from 16 to 19 June at the Marina Promenade.

This June, beer enthusiasts may look forward to savouring a variety of international beers while enjoying entertainment acts by live tribute bands at Beerfest Asia 2016.

Presented by United Overseas Bank Ltd (UOB), the festival will showcase 500 different kinds of beers and ciders, including famed beers such as the German Flensburger series by Chaoying Company Pte Ltd, the Archipelago series by Archipelago Brewery and the Stärker series by Stärker Fresh Beer Singapore.

Making its first debut at Beerfest Asia, NOX Express Spirits Lounge will present a variety of fine wine and alcoholic beverages, including NOX Express’ extensive series of whiskies, wines and many others.

On the entertainment front, look out for the award-winning band Killer Queen (which pays homage to Queen), who will be performing with Greg Andrew (also known as Australia’s Elton John). Another crowd favourite to look forward to is Australia’s ABBA tribute band, AbbaFab, who will be performing popular ABBA hits at the festival.

Tickets for Beerfest Asia 2016 are now on sale and can be purchased from SISTIC. Limited UOB Exclusive 1-Day passes are going at SGD 15, while stocks last; while Early Bird one-day passes from SGD 20 are also available for the public. All tickets include one complimentary welcome beer (with the exception of VIP tickets) that can be redeemed at the festival grounds.

Limited four-day passes and VIP packages with benefits such as free-flow beer, merchandise and express entry at festival gates are also available. Four-day passes are starting at SGD 55 for UOB Exclusive, and SGD 80 for Early Bird. One-day VIP packages are starting at SGD 117 for UOB Exclusive VIP passes and SGD 130 for Standard VIP passes.
