Supercharge Your Sundays With Oscar’s New Brunch

From April onwards, diners can look forward to a whole new Sunday Brunch at Oscar’s.

Oscar’s welcomes diners to join them for their new Sunday Brunch, featuring an extended spread of the freshest seafood and oysters at the seafood bar, including premium roast “London Duck” and a suckling pig at the carving station.

Seafood Bar

The seafood bar flaunts Freshly shucked oysters from France, Ireland and Canada, ensuring freshness as well as variety to all diners. With Snow crab legs, Boston Lobters, Slipper Lobsters, Cherrystone Clams, Sea Prawns and Chilean half shell scallops, the selection of seafood at Oscar’s will certainly not disappoint.

Sashimi Station

A must-have at every buffet, the sashimi spread is sure to satisfy diners with their selection of Tuna, Salmon, Swordfish, Snapper, Hamachi and Ika.

The carving station will also include Oscar’s own version of the famous roastLondon Duck”, featuring crispy skin and succulent meat; as well as slow-roasted Suckling Pig and Oven Roast US Prime Rib.

Catch the chefs in action at the Live Stations, serving a choice of organic pasta and a selection of cheese and condiments to go along. An organic egg station will also be present to offer Soft Poached Eggs and Eggs BenedictShould diners crave for more oriental flavours, the live station also includes a noodle bar with all-time local favourites such as Laksa, Bak Chor Mee and Beef Cheek Noodles.

Salad Bar

Get intimate with top Chefs through their personal crab creation dishes, or go for healthier options with Oscar’s salad bar featuring over 30 toppings, including gluten-free mung bean chips and Arame wild seaweed. Be sure to pair the salad with freshly-made shakes featuring a variety of superfoods including chia seeds, fresh berries, greek yoghurt and jarrah honey.

Guests may end their meal off with a sweet dessert and have their tastebuds tickled with a live demonstration of chefs making liquid nitrogen ice cream. Flambéed crepe suzette with Grand Marnier or Cointreau will also be available; on top of endless rows of sweet treats including Coconut Crunch and Lime Curd, Oscar’s Black Forest Cake, Tofu and Green Tea Panna Cotta, Cendol Gula Melaka Coconut Espuma and Cremeux and Mousse Gran Cru Manjari.

The buffet is starting from SGD 98++ per adult and at SGD 40++ per child (aged six to 12 years old).

Diners can opt to to top up SGD 20 to finish their buffet with rounds of sparkling wine, house wines and selected cocktails or SGD 60 to supercharge their Sunday with free-flow Laurent-Perrier Brut, NV Champagne, house wines and selected cocktails.
