Complimentary CPR+AED certification course for women dressed in red, in celebration of International Women’s Day 2018

 Cardiovascular disease is the number one killer of women worldwide and it is responsible for 1 in 3 deaths amongst women in Singapore. To shine a spotlight on the disease, Singapore Heart Foundation (SHF) will be conducting a complimentary CPR+AED certification course just for women on 8th March 2018, which also marks International Women’s Day.

Themed, ‘Touch of Red’, women are encouraged to come dressed in redto show their support for International Women’s Day. Through this, SHF hopes to promote the importance of taking care of one’s heart health and empowering women with the skills to help save a life. Women dressed inred can attend the course for free^.

Slots are limited and based on a first-come, first-served basis, so register yourself and the important women in your life now!

*Kindly note that this certification course is for women only, and will be conducted in English. Participants who are pregnant, or have knee or back injuries are strictly advised not to participate in this course.

Date: 8th March 2018, Thursday

Time: 9am – 12pm (registration starts at 8am)
