New Buffet Option At Mookata @ ORTO
Mookata lovers now have more to chew about, as Mookata @ ORTO includes a new buffet feature to their sizzling ala carte dining format.
Situated conveniently in the suburbs of heartland Yishun away from the city bustle, finding your way to ORTO’s recreational park is convenient and easy. Just a leisurely walk away from Khatib train station, ORTO’s recreational park also offers plenty of parking spots available for those who drive.
At the ORTO outlet, hand-marinated premium meats are presented in well-cut portions on a platter, ready to be cooked and savoured from the dome-shaped barbeque pot. The generous servings of Pork Collar, Pork Belly and Chicken Thigh taste even better than they appear. Also included are classic items such as Fishball, Hot Dog, Cheese Tofu, Thai Fishcake, Golden Mushroom and many more. Cooking is done off the branch’s charcoal-heated stove, lending an aromatic smoky flavour to the dishes.
The chicken, beef and pork are sourced daily to ensure the freshness and tenderness of the quality cuts – making you yearn to come back for more. The flavours and richness of the broth are largely dependent on the ingredients placed on the grill, allowing you to control the taste of the soup to suit your palate. For a broth that is lighter on the tastebuds, you might consider going for the vegetables and corn.

The buffet at Mookata@ORTO starts from SGD 25.90 for adults and is available from Mondays to Thursdays (5pm-12midnight). Diners will get to enjoy up to 120 minutes of the buffet experience.
