The Ritz-Carlton Millenia, Singapore’s much anticipated bi-annual Superbrunch: The Voyage sets sail this 19 October at 12pm, bringing you a luxurious vintage champagne brunch extravaganza.

Be prepared to indulge in a variety of delicacies that will complete your vintage dining experience as you discover some of the finest cuisines from the Old World ranging from a Caviar Bar, crustaceans on ice, smoked and cured salmon, Swiss raclette, Moroccan tajines and Japanese kappo. If you prefer New World cuisines, The Voyage also offers a grand spread of Oyster cargo, Oak smoked Foie Gras, Peruvian ceviche, Mexican quesadillas, Turkish sweets and a 70kg Mayura Wagyu beef leg which has been roasted for 18 hours to perfection.

Another highlight of The Voyage is the unlimited flutes of vintage champagne from the house of Louis Roederer. Diners can also pick from a selection of must-try classic cocktails which include the Skinny Manhattan, Kiribati Sour, Bloodless Mary and the Congo Cocktail.

First Class Cabin tickets are going at S$398 per person (with unlimited Louis Roederer Cristal Brut Vintage 2006) while Business Class Cabin tickets are going at S$258 per adult (with unlimited Louis Roederer Brut Vintage 2008 and Brut Rosé 2009).
