Grabz is a membership privileges programme accessed through a mobile application that aims to bring customers retail discounts and perks
Grabz works by using a customer’s location to alert them about discounts and promotions that are happening at retailers nearby. Customers can redeem these rewards and perks at the retailer without the need to commit to purchasing vouchers or coupons in advance. The application also provides the customer with a view to all the available deals happening around them with various retailers.
To redeem a deal, customers have to save the voucher on the application, select the voucher to redeem and let the retailer enter their PIN through your mobile application to complete the transaction.
Membership registration is also free for basic tier customers. Grabz also offers a ‘Premium’ membership tier at SGD 15.98 monthly that provides customers with more rebates and benefits. Premium members can enjoy exclusive invites to events and exclusive promotions to luxury features such as discounted business class flight tickets and ‘members-only’ prices on limited edition luxury items.
The mobile application can be downloaded from the Google Play Store for Android phones or App Store for iOS phones.
