99.co is property listing service with a difference: it promises unbiased listings with priority for listings with quality information.
Tired of having to go around in circles and running into dead ends whilst searching for residential property to buy? With 99.co, you don’t have to put up with these things anymore.
99.co is an elegantly designed portal that’s simple to use, but more importantly, it seeks to remove the problems that we typically face when looking around for a house – such as ploughing through duplicate, fake, or expired listings, contacting a multitude of agents who may not be responsive, or inevitably falling into classic bait-and-switch traps.
99.co prides itself in displaying unbiased search results that are personalised according to the query of the end user, and sorted by the quality of the information listed – thanks to the fact that its revenue model does not rely on agents paying for prioritised listings.
While it previously catered only to the rental market, it now makes available houses for purchase. It also aims to be the prime platform for agents; DWG, M.O.R.E., and SLP are some of the agencies that have signed up.
What’s notable also is that the team behind 99.co are no slouches and feature many industry veterans as well as founders of notable internet companies such as tenCube, and GoThere.sg; and there’s no bigger vote of confidence in its potential than having Facebook co-founder Eduardo Severin (pictured above centre, along with 99.co founder Darius Cheng) and Sequoia Capital investing in the company. To date they’ve raised S$2.7 million in funding.
