Jia Wei Chinese Restaurant launches Dim Sum Lunch Feast

Jia Wei Chinese Restaurant, located at the Grand Mercure Roxy Singapore, will be introducing an A La Carte Dim Sum Lunch Feast. The Dim Sum Lunch Feast will be available throughout the week featuring a selection of over 30 items from March to end April 2017.

The menu has been prepared by Chef Ng Lip Kah, the author of Cooking Classics: Dim Sum A Step by Step Cookbook. It includes staple Dim Sum items such as Xiao Long Bao and Crab Roe Siew Mai as well as new items such as Spicy Sour Wanton, Beancurd Rolls with Oyster Sauce and Yam Paste Spring roll.

Diners can enjoy a complimentary dessert and 50 percent discount if they dine in on Mondays to Thursdays or 40 percent off from Fridays to Sundays.  There is no minimum spend to enjoy both the discount and the complimentary dessert.
