Seven course Rémy Martin cocktail pairing at Sorrel avaiable on 6 – 7 November

Executive Chef of Sorrel, Alex Phan and Rémy Martin Brand Ambassador Richard Gillam have created a special dinner featuring a seven-course cocktail pairing menu.

Sorrel opened at Boon Tat Street earlier this year and described themselves as a place where you can enjoy the casualness of a bistro as well as the quality and presentation of fine dining cuisine. The menu revolves around fresh produce and the restaurant changes their items to match the availability and seasonality of the ingredients they can get.

This is the first Cognac-Gastro pairing presentation of its kind. Each pairing course has been crafted based on the distinct flavours of three  expressions: VSOP, Club and XO Excellence.

The menu for the evening covers:

Ikura

Edamame – Wasabi – Fromage Blanc

Apples – Lime – Vanilla with Rémy Martin VSOP

Figs – Macadamia

Rémy Martin XO Excellence
