Movember’s MOVE events
Movember MOVE kicks into gear in November
MOVE is a 30-day fitness challenge to help Singaporeans get moving.
Singaporeans are encouraged to move and can choose their own activities ranging from a one-day workout, gathering friends for a game of football or an round-the-island bicycle ride. MOVE is about being active as well as rallying friends and family to champion awareness and action about men’s health.
To support the cause, men and women can now sign up at sg.movember.com and commit to grow a moustache, MOVE, or do both for the entire month of November.
We pick three activities from their event calendar for active agers to join Movember and MOVE.
