Set a cheat day during the week to keep you from binge eating. Remember, this is about being disciplined to want the best for yourself.

Sleep

Go to bed early as much as you can. Not having enough sleep can cause your body to deteriorate overtime. Have a sleeping schedule and know when to stop fiddling with your smartphone. Sometimes, you just have to be stop worrying about missing out in order to get enough rest.

People are so used to sleeping late because of the many distractions surrounding them. Make it easier and remove these distractions once it’s bed time. You may not feel it but your body needs rest in order for it to recharge properly.
